What we collect

When you subscribe to email alerts, we collect your email address and the company name you want to track. That's it. We do not collect passwords, payment information, or browsing history.

How we use it

• To send you WARN Act alert emails matching your subscription.
• To let you unsubscribe via a one-click link in every email.

We do not sell, rent, or share your email address with third parties.

Data storage

Your subscription data is stored in a Supabase-hosted PostgreSQL database. Alert emails are sent via Resend. Both providers maintain their own security and privacy practices.

WARN notice data

All layoff notice data displayed on this site is sourced from publicly available government WARN Act filings. We do not collect or store any private employment data.

Unsubscribe

Every alert email includes an unsubscribe link. Clicking it immediately deactivates your subscription. You can also re-subscribe at any time from the home page.
