About this service

Layoff Detector is a free tool operated by Upward Product Management. It aggregates publicly available WARN Act layoff filings from states across the country and provides optional email alerts.

Data accuracy

We pull data from public government sources and make reasonable efforts to keep it accurate and up to date. However, we do not guarantee completeness or accuracy. State agencies may publish corrections, delays, or changes that are not immediately reflected here. Always verify critical information with the original state filing.
